Make the examples Error! on NCS2 - [Error 7] Toolkit Error: USB Failure. Code: Error opening device

hi, 

I have NCS2 plugged in ubuntu 16.04 (running natively), I got several errors when I'm doing "make examples".

Dear Wenwai, 

are you using the NCSDK? NCS2 only works with OpenVINO, which can explain your error.

that does look like th eoutput from ncsdk2  however we got a similar with openvino examples complie.  unplugged ncs2 and re plugged and it worked

same question here. I am using NCS2 with openvino.i try replugging it but it still doesnot work.

What version of the OpenVino SDK are you using? 

R5 seems to have fixed most of the "Error opening device" NCS issues.
