OpenVino 2019 R3 with Movidius NCS2

I tried to set this up to work with Movidius and I was unsuccessful. 

Here's what I did and I've attached the screenshot failure messages. 

First, quick questions:

1. Do I need to have the movidius NCS2 plugged in to my USB port when I run these demos? I did but I didn't notice it detecting it.

I see this is a special card not the NCS2. Oops! :-) I'm good to go with OpenVino now...
