OpenVino and visual studio 2022

I have Visual Studio 2022 installed on my pc.  ( win 10 21H2)  When I try installing the OpenVino runtime I get an error Visual Studio 2019 is not installed.   Does OpenVino require that I install vs 2019?

Hi,

 

Up till this moment, the OpenVINO system requires Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 with MSBUILD and this is a compulsory pre-requisite that needs to be fulfilled.

 

You may refer to this latest official guide. 

(refer to system requirement --> Software section)
