RefineDet for CPU/GPU

Hi,

i am using a self trained RefineDet model. It performs much better then SSD while not being much slower. However i can only use it with a Myriad device.

Do you have plans to provide an implementation for CPU and GPU devices in the near future?

Unfortunately, I didn't see it will be supported by other accelerators.
