Hi Blues-sptn,
Thank you for reaching out.
We already tested the demo from our end and it worked successfully. Did you install the latest OpenVINO™ toolkit version from scratch or was it updated from an older version?
Regards,

I apologize for the late reply.
I installed the latest version of OpenVINO.
It is not an update.
Is the dependency with the PC environment a problem?

Hi Blues-sptn,
Thank you for your response.
Did you follow the official installation guide of the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows 10?
In addition to confirming your installation was successful, try to run the "demo_squeezenet_download_convert_run.bat" and "demo_security_barrier_camera.bat".

Hi Blues-sptn,
Thank you for your response. Just to make sure, did you followed the official installation guide of the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* 10 and installed all the pre-requisites?
Also, you must install dependencies and complete configuration steps:
- Microsoft Visual Studio* with C++ 2019, 2017, or 2015 with MSBuild.
- CMake 3.4 or higher 64-bit.
- Python 3.6.5 64-bit.

Javier A.

The following procedures were followed.
https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/_docs_install_guides_installing_openvino_windows.html
The only thing that bothers me is the Python version.
I'm using Python 3.7. 3, not Python 3.6. 5.
Is there any height that can affect it?

Could you try to run the crossroad demo again using Python 3.6.5?
Did you set the environment variables permanently as shown here?
