Hello! Is it possible to retrain age-gender-recognition-retail-0013 to identify children?

Thanks for reaching out.

The age-gender-recognition-retail-0013 model network is only able to recognize the age of people in [18, 75] years old range, it is not applicable for children since their faces were not in the training set.

It is only possible if you have the weight file and add new children dataset into the training set. Then, you can do fine-tuning or use the pre-trained weight file.

Please have a look at this discussion which mentions how to add the new data to the pre-trained model.
