myriadPlugin.dll issue

Hi,

There is a developer who is trying openvino on Dahua intelligent camera in PRC. He succeeded in running openvino demo using CPU and GPU plugin, but failed with Myriad plugin...

HW:

Processor: Intel Atom Processor E3940

NCS2

SW:

OS: Win10

OpenVINO version: 2019 R3

Hi Huiyan,

The user might have not installed the Inference Engine Runtime for Intel Movidius VPU. When installing OpenVINO via GUI, the user should check all the boxes under Inference Engine while choosing which components to install.
