Install® ESDQ for AI Box for Video Analytics has fail item

Hi Intel,

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 Processor

OS: ubuntu-20.04.05 LTS

kernel: 5.17.15-051715-generic

After I key in item 9.10 for (Intel® ESDQ) AI Box for Video Analytics

9. Provide executable permission to edgesoftware. 

   chmod +x ./edgesoftware

10. Run the command below to install Intel® ESDQ and Edge AI Box for Video Analytics. 

    ./edgesoftware install

    I can't install all the feature. Please help on this.

Let me try to reproduce the issue from my end. In the meantime, could you please provide the content of /var/log/esb-cli/Edge_AI_Box_for_Video_Analytics_2.5?

Besideds, I also can search the file that download by key in command.

But I don't know why the sheet show fail.

I apologize for the delay in our response. I just tested the latest package version 2.6 and I was able to successfully install the package. Could you please try this package and let me know if it works for you as well?

If you run into an issue pulling the dlstreamer and openvino containers, please configure docker to run as non-root user.
