Intel® Edge Software Hub: New Sign In and Authentication Processes

February 2023, Intel will migrate users' digital experience to a new sign-in process to support enhanced authentication & security controls.​ Users Impact:

  • Users will be prompted to provide individual email address to identify themselves - username will no longer be accepted
  • Existing users may experience disruptions when signing in and will be asked to change the existing password
  • Intel® Edge Software Hub will undergo maintenance and will not be available during the migration Feb 10, 05:00 PM to Feb 12, 12:30 PM Pacific Time (GMT-8:00)
