Why I can't reply in Intel forum?

Hi there,

 

I posted same post to ask my question. But I don't know why I still can't post reply in Intel forum by using this account.

 

I registered new account, however, the new account has the same issue.

This issue is not casued by PC or browser. I tried several computers and several different browsers. This account was registered long time age, I remember I could reply by using this accound several years ago. So there are anyone can help me on it?

In order to further investigate logs, we kindly request that you replicate the issue and provide the timestamp and your timezone. Please also try to reset your Microsoft Edge application.

I can’t either. The “Post Reply” always kept gray color.

Could you both check if Javascript is enabled on your browser? If possible, please try a different browser or computer to test.

I’ve checked on three laptops: Windows 7 pro with Microsoft Edge Rev. 119, Windows 11 pro with Microsoft Edge updated 2023/9/4, and macOS High Sierra with Safari. None of these on which I can Reply. And JavaScript has been enabled on the Windows 7 and 11.

The only one device I can Reply is my iPhone 8, on which I’m posting this Replying now.

I’ve found that this issue is associated with my IP address: I can reply now through a VPN to access the website.
