Hello! I've a problem with starting up em2130.

Input voltage is 6V, output must be 0.9 - but it 0

EM2130_5V net powered by er3105.

When i connect 5v to PVCC to VCC with resistro or ferrite is drops down to 3.8v. The internal regulator(Vdd33) also didn start up. I tried to There are'n any closings. The reistance between pvcc, vcc vs gnd - about 500 Ohm.

PMBus is routed to mcu,but had not programmed yet.

Ok, i find bad inductor in 5v circuit.

PVCC and VCC now is - 4.95. But the internal vdd 3.3 work bad - onlu 1.45V.

Hello Victor,

Could you please confirm you are using EM2130L02QI not EM2130H01QI.

Did the impedance between VCC/PVCC to GND still low? if yes, that's mean you have soldering bridge underneath the package.

So re-flow the part will help to fix that issue.

Please update the below component and check your circuit again, please let me know the results.

R103(Rtune ) to be 0Ohm

C114 to 22uF

R99 and R92 to 0Ohm

R94 and R97 to be open ( we would like to confirm the local sensing system stability is good before enabling the remote sensing)

R104 to be 1K

Please confirm the bulk capacitors connected to the output.

Please share the VDD33 waveform

Also please probe Vout and Vin and share the startup waveform.

Regards,

Mostafa
