EM2140P01QI Instability in -40C Cold Test

Hi,

We are using three EM2140P01QI modules in our board, and notice some instability during oven high and low temperature test, at low temperatures under -20C.
We have FPGA device that monitor and measure all our power devices voltage levels.

  1. What can case this issue, from the spec the module should support -40C+85C.
  2. What is the best way to monitor this?
  3. We have an EVI-EM2COMIF device but how to use it and how to get an software to handle it?
  4. Is it necessary to define or configure the M2140P01QI modules using some intel software tool that can improve its performance in the cold?
