Synchronous buck regulators from other vendors have specified parameters such as minimum on time and minimum off time in order to remain in regulation. The datasheet for EN6337QA has no such parameters defined. Are there any requirements for the minimum on and off times for the EN6337QA that must be followed?

Hello @luap ,
Enpirion don't provide the min on/off times but instead we provide the drop resistance as shown below.
So you only need to take care about is the output drop out, which will limit your max Vout.
So Vout (max) = Vin(min) -Rdo x ILoad

Thanks for the answer! Do you have any information on how the output drop out changes with respect to time (an aging characteristic)?

Hello @luap ,
The feedback loop will keep the output voltage stable regardless the drop resistance changes.
Unfortunately we didn't did the aging analysis for the drop resistance, but i could be within +10% from the max value
