Hello Tagrin007,

Unfortunately we can't support the quality report requests through Intel forum, where Intel quality team required by policy to only provide the reliability reports through Intel distributors , through Intel TS team or through Intel IPS.

So please work with the distributor to fill the IPS request on behave of you and they will be able to get the required reliability report from Intel quality team.
