We have a design using 8 EP53F8QI regulators all supplying the +3.3V and all with very similar routing and component placement. However for some of the regulators we have with have found that in different conditions (room temperature, @ + 75 deg C, when initially started, after applying load for of 0.5A for close to an hour etc) that the output gets shorted to GND. After replacement of the chip we found that it sometimes faulted again. This fault occurred more commonly for a specific regulator but was not isolated as faults in other regulators also occurred. We have used this regulator in multiple projects and this is the first time we have seen such an issue !
Is there someone who can help us debug this issue ?

Hello Shmuel,
We are so sorry for late response due to forum technical issue.
I saw you previous post and please help to provide the required schematic , layout and oscilloscope waveforms during the startup and shutdown even for debug.
Also i will forward your case to our Intel TS in your geo area for better support.
Regards,
Mostafa
