EP53F8QI short to ground!!

I have the same problem with the EP53F8QI!!

Please respond and if you will contact me by mail I can share more details on the design

I use the EP53F8QI for different rail without issues except a 3V3 output that can on some boards permanently short to GND. This is a low load rail so it is not a thermal issue - but the only fix is to repair the board by replacing the EP53F8QI.

Please help to provide EP53F8 schematic and layout for review.

Also please help to provide a startup and shutdown waveforms from any working board, so we can understand if there is any risk during that events.

Please probe PVIN, VOUT and Enable signal.
