In my case10M16SCE144I7G Fpga reads data from ADCs over SPI(x9) interface and stores the data in its internal memory. it transfer to the controller over parallel interface(16bit). How much current will take by FPGA for this application.

Hi, if you already have the design, you can export the design info to EPE.

In Quartus, Project --> Generate Early Power Estimator File --> this will generate a CSV file

Download the Max10 EPE --> In the EPE, Import CSV --> modify according to complete the required info e.g. clock, toggling, etc

You can compare with/without your application to get an idea of the estimated power required.
