Junction to Board Thermal resistance for EN63A0QI

Hi, 

I want to know the J-B thermal resistance of EN63A0QI. In datasheet I can able to find J-A and J-C thermal resistance only.

Hello Elamurugan,

Sorry for confusing you, but Theta_JC in the datasheet is referring to the Theta J-C bottom side which will equal to Theta _JB
