Table 34 (ADC Performance Specifications for Intel® MAX® 10 Single Supply Devices) in the MAX 10 FPGA Device Datasheet specifies a Vref-minimum of VCC_ONE - 0.5V.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/mcn1397700832153.html#mcn1397985049075
One of our existing designs violates this specification with Vref = 2.5V and VCC_ONE = 3.3V.
What are the risks in this usage? Can this cause failure of the entire part? Can this cause failure of the ADC?
Thanks.

Hi @ABart20
The absolute max for VCC_ONE is 3.9V. Exceeding will cause damage.
We have only verified the ADC performance up to the max in Table 34. above that, performance is not guaranteed.
