Notebook desliga sozinho

o pc desliga-se sozinho, mesmo com aplicações muito leves como os jogos da Nintendo no emulador, parece que é em momentos especiais que isso acontece, quando existem várias abas em uso no pc também ocorre. Meu primo formatou o pc, limpou, colocou um ssd e instalei o windows 10, mesmo assim esse problema continua. Este Notbook que recebi de um amigo. Observe que a bateria dele não carrega, mas consegui mantê-la ligada o dia todo sem desligá-la.

Configuração: Notebook intel HD graphics 3000, processador: intel core i3-2310, 2,10 Ghz (4 núcleos), ~ 2,10 Ghz. Memória 4096 MB RAM, Windows 10 Pro 32 bits, Directx 12. Modelo do sistema: Inspiron N4050.

Problem:  Graphics not supported on WIndows 10.

Problem: Windows 10 32-bit

Problem: Battery

Problem: Cooling fan may not be working.   May not have adequate ventilation.  May have heat sink blocked with dust.

Problem: Processor is 10 years old, which means the laptop is 10 years old.

There is nothing that can be done here.  Take your laptop to a repair shop.

Better yet, replace the laptop with a new or newer system.  Preferrably, one with an 8th gen or later processor.
