Radiation data for EN6362QI and EN63A0QI

Hi, I'm performing a radiation evaluation on the EN6362QI and EN63A0QI. Is there neutron induced single event effects data that can be shared? What is the minimum feature size and process technology for the EN6362QI and EN63A0QI?
