SOFT START TIME CALCULATION

Hi,

How to calculate Soft Start Trise time in Intel Enpiron regulators!

For example in EN63A0Q datasheet the formula is given as

if Css = 10nF

The answer is 0.65mS or 0.65 nS( we need to convert it milli) which way is correct

whether we need to include nano in calculation or not?

Kindly clarify.
