This part requires working with SmartVID.
I wanted to know:
- Can I use this FPGA but not work with the smartVID protocol. What would be the effects on the FPGA performance, timings?
- We intend to power it with LTM4677 from Linear/Analog Devices. Do you know of another part that can be used for smartVID but doesn’t have an Inner EEPROM.
Thanks

>>The smart VID feature is for power reduction technique . So can assume there is little impact on the timings.

>> Can you try on the Enpirion portfolio

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Where can I find more information on the smartVID?
What does the smartVID require? the I2C bus connected to a supported component?
Does the evaluation board work with smartVID? Can I cancel it in the EVB?
Another question: I'm looking for the stratix10 q jc/q jb when working in 180Watts. Can you help?
Thanks
Noam

Hi
Page no: 6 . explains the feature
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/stratix-10/ug-s10-pwr.pdf
Can you please try to use our EPE to estimate the power
