We have experienced the problem during our production with the EN6360QA manufacturer coded material which we received by your authorized distributor. We would like to check the accuracy of the lot number of this material. I added the picture on the box.

In addition, the reel's temperature is 125 centigrade degrees in data sheet. Under these conditions, even though we were baking, the spool of the material could not withstand 125 centigrade degrees and melted. Please help us. We will waiting your answer.

Hello Serife,

Sorry for late response, please see Enpirion team feedback below.

"Looking at the label and information, the lot number looks normal per standard format used.

I am however concern with feedback that they are baking the reel as is at 125 Deg C.

Please check with customer which section of datasheet state that reel’s temperature is at 125 Deg C.

Our carrier tape is also unable to withstand that temperature."

So the team confirms that the lot number is correct, but they have a concern about the baking temp where our product datasheet doesn't mentioned that.

Please help to point where you got that information.

Regards,

Mostafa
