I want to use the EN5339QI to power up an IC with a 1V+/-50mV input voltage.
The D.S doesn't specify what is the total precision that can be accomplished by this uModule.
My queation is what is the total output variation (due to FB, line, load, temperature and resistor inacurracy).

EN5339QI has +/-3% voltage accuracy over FB, line, load, temperature and resistor inaccuracy
Just to be clear, the 3% includes the variation due to resistors inacuarracy (assuming the resistors have 1% accuarcy) and includes the variation due to the leakage current from FB pin.
The current is +/-40nA but if the R_B of the feedback is ~500K (for 1V output) than a 20mV can be formed and the pin (the maximum allowed variation is 50mV in the IC input).

Sorry for missing to mention about the resistor tolerance, Enpirion uses 0.1% resistors in their analysis not 1% resistors.
So the 3% includes that 0.1% resistor tolerance.

But I still have a doubt about the leakage from FB pin - does the 3% include the leakage current (that leakage current can cause up to 2%).
Don't worry, all of that circuit variation taken inconsideration when the Vout accuracy measurement done.
The VFB leakage, the Feedback resistors tolerance and the internal Vref accuracy are combined together when the Vout's accuracy measured on the samples under test.
Enpirion built more than 100 test board (Means each board has its own DUT, feedback resistors and all the other external attached component which will include all the circuit variation) and did the measurement on all of that samples over different ambient team (-40C to 85C).
