What will happen if VCC voltage is not in the recommended range?

Hi there,

Take Stratix 10 as an example.voltage.PNG

Per datasheet, the typical recommended voltage value is 0.8 - 0.94V. What if VCC supplied with 0.6V? Degraded performance or doesn't work at all?

Thanks in advance.

Hello ,

Apologize for the delay in response

Startix 10 internally do have power management module and as you know there is power sequence monitor as well internally embedded into the S10 module.

If the VCC supply of group 1 which is not 90% of nominal voltage , the POR of the S10 is not going to assert. Hence I believe it would remain in off-state.

Thank you ,

Regards,

Sree
