Where to get the EP53A7HQI MTBF/MTTF/FIT information?

For the certification of a  medical product we need the MTBF/MTTF/FIT of EP53A7HQI.

According to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/quality-and-reliability/failure-analysis.html we need to ask here or request full support trough premier support.
