You say EN63A0QA and EN6337QA is AEC-Q100 Qualified for Automotive Applications. but in your reliability report (1H 2017), i don't find automotive Flow for these components. can you explain please?

The reliability report provides the reliability monitor data on Intel FPGA and Enpirion power products. 

EN63A0QA and EN6337QA are qualified to the temperature grade “Grade 2” (-40 < Ta < 105C) per AEC Q100 Qualification requirements. 

Can you be more specific on what automotive flow you are looking for?

Hi Mostafa,

In your report there is information like Lifetest. But this lifetest is made 168h with 125°C (see attachment). But in AEC-Q, lifetest is made 1000h with 125°C. After, i don't find information for construction analysis. Do you make construction analysis for both components?

is it possible to send me PPAP for both components?

if not, i just want information lifetest 1000h at 125°C and construction analysis for both components please.
