I am performing a solder joint  reliability calculation and I would like to know if you have tested these parts to find the effective in-plane CTE.

Hello NCANALS,

Sorry for late response.

The two products are molded QFN packages.
Their mold compound CTE values.
CTE (below Tg) =  1 X 10^-5   1/oC.
CTE (above Tg) =  4 X 10^-5   1/oC
Tg = 135C

Thanks,

Mostafa
