need to know the FIT rate of EN6338QI

Hi Intel/Altera,

for our current design of safety related project we would need the official FIT values for following IC

i couldn't found related value in the reliablilty report 1H 2017. There are some PowerSoC QFN devices listed in the report but no 3.75x3.75x1.9mm 19-pin LGA package.

This data is critical for our design since it must be safety certified, please support us on this matter thank you!

Hi MOSTAFA,

can you please also provide the FIT rate for 90% confidence level? this data is what weneed for the functional safety evaluation, with 60% conf. level we are not allowed to interpolate for a CAT3 PLd system.

Dear Ruozong,

Unfortunately Intel does not provide official statement or certification about FIT rate numbers. 

You can refer to the reliability report (as attached) pages 35-36 for the FIT number for Enpirion Power SoC devices family at Tj=70oC. The FIT number at Tj=70oC (Page 36) in Reliability Report covers EN6338QI, because the same process technology (MS250BH process) is used.
