We would like to know on the Altera Quartus which we were using in the campus and our membership number is: A15860. Recently we have changed the site and we have missed the license information and along with software details.

Could you please advise on the procedure to retrieve the information and how to activate the license on the new server, and as per our record the license is valid till 2024.
