Broken Download Link for Quartus 13.1

Hello,

I need that old version for a migration project for a Cylclone iii, but the link is dead:

https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/13.1/?edition=web&platform=windows

I found an old installer on our intranet, but it tries to get a License from Altera, so I guess I need a new build.

The Intel customer support is unable to help me and asks me to find help in this forum.

Best regards

Jonas

Hi Jonas,

Can you clear cache on your browser and try again? Otherwise can you use a different browser and clear cache before trying?

Hi Nurina,

thanks for your help!

Did you try to open that page? The email support tells me it works.

  • For versions older than 13.0 I get a Product Discontinuation Notice.
  • 13.0 and 13.0sp1 works.
  • 13.1 I get that "Our apologies ...Unable to get IP installer." error
  • everything newer works

How could that be a problem of my browser???

  • I’m not in a VPN.
  • I’ve tried in a private tab
  • I’ve tried a different browser
  • I’ve tried with the browser on my personal smartphone outside the company network

Everywhere the same behavior.

So could anyone please try to select 13.1 version from the list and tell me if it works?

Kind regards

Jonas
