I tried to generate sof file with Nios II/f using quartus prime, but failed. Licensing status is "opencoreplus" for Nios II processor.
What does it mean ? we need extra license or can use some limitation.

Welcome to INTEL forum. If you want use Nios II/f version, you need to purchase the Nios II processor license.
But you can use "Intel FPGA IP Evaluation Mode" from link below,
