For a research project on AI for FPGAs, we have a collaboration with Maxeler, London. In order to install the Maxeler FPGA Compiler for their specialized Data Flow Engines, we require Quartus version 13.1. We downloaded the software from the Intel site (~10GByte) and installed it, but we don't find a way to request the required licenses. Following the installation manual of the Maxeler Compiler, probably the Academic version of Quartus 13.1 from some of the Intel Community Sites is probably the wrong one...
Could you please guideline us on how to obtain (preferrably node-locked) licenses for Quartus 13.1 for two server machines?
