I am unable to reach your Self Service Licensing Center. I appears other users are having this issue:
I have the same error as described in these posts. I am redirected to a webpage @ (https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/notAuthorized.html?r=-1144960729) that states "You may have been logged out or you do not have the necessary permissions to access this page." I can confirm that I am logged in.
The posts about this problem do no have solutions.

The issue is present even when attempting to access the licensing center from another PC. I can provide the information you have request via private message.

I am also having this same issue. I cleared my cache and attempted on another browser. Can someone help me get access please?

I am having a similar problem. We purchased an IP license and I need to get into the license center. I created a login and at the last step was informed I should receive an email confirming my account. I have not received confirmation and I cannot access the license server to get the license we paid for. This is a real problem and is holding up production. How long does it take to get a confirmation on a new account?
