Hello,
I tried to access the Intel FPGA Support Portal, but I encountered the following error and could not proceed:
AADSTS90072: User account 'xxxx@yourdomain.com' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first.
I signed in using a Microsoft account, but I am unable to access the support portal.
Could you please add my account as an external user to the Intel Azure tenant?
Account email: xxxx@yourdomain.com
The reason I want to access the support portal is because I need to obtain Quartus II version 11 or earlier, which is necessary for using Stratix II.
The software will be used in my university laboratory for verifying custom chips developed for research purposes.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hi Student10,
From this webpage Quartus® Software Latest Version for Device Support | Altera, you can see the Quartus version support for different device families.
For Stratix II, you may use Quartus II 13.0sp1. You can download it from the following page. Please see if you still have any problem when trying to download from these pages.
Intel® Quartus® II Subscription Edition Design Software Version 13.0sp1 for Linux
Intel® Quartus® II Subscription Edition Design Software Version 13.0sp1 for Windows

Hi Xiaoyang,
Thank you for your response.
Regarding Quartus II 13.0sp1, I understand that a subscription license is required to program Stratix II devices. Unfortunately, I do not have a valid license, so I’m unable to perform device programming.
If you are aware of any Quartus II version (such as a Web Edition) that supports Stratix II without requiring a subscription license, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Student10

Hi Student10,
Sorry that we do not have other Quartus versions which does require license for Stratix II.
Previously we have lite edition which did not require license, but the lite version has been end-of-life and we can not provide further support.
Best Regards,
Xiaoyan
