Cannot download Quartus Prime (includes Nios II EDS) from Download Center

Hi,

 

I cannot download Quartus Prime Lite Edition for Windows from the Download Center.

I tried to download the individual files but when I click the download button nothing happens (I tried to download the lite edition, release 19.1, but also the 18.1 doesn't work. Also the combined files give me problems).

 

I cannot understand why, since I already downloaded it in the past.
