We bougth an Intel Cyclone® 10 GX and we tried to use the The Fault Injection IP core which is supported with this board. However, after installing Quartus II Pro Edition (it is supposed to be free with this board), we are not able to use the Fault Injection tool. There is an icon which indicates that we need a license. But no license was provided by the supplier. We need to solve this as soon as possible, as far as we need this functionality for teaching an FPGA course this semestre.

Hi,
Evaluation period allows you to use any Intel IP for starting 30 days without license without programming file support(time limited programming file) once the Evaluation period over, you need to purchase the license through SSLC to generate unrestricted.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/esc1425946071433.html#mwh1410890914743
Even you can check"1.2.2. Checking the IP License Status" from link below,
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_intro_to_megafunctions.pdf
you can apply for separate license for fault injection IP Core using self service licensing center(SSLC),

Hi Vicky ,
Thank you so much for your answer. Unfortunately, with the 30 days trial the Fault Injection Debugger is not working. Do you know if the only way to obtain just the license for the Fault Injection Debugger (not the IP of Fault Injection ) is to buy the unrestircted license? We also try to ask for a licence in the University Program, but we did not receive any answer.
Best regards,
Francisco

Hi Francisco,
As I mentioned in previous post, you need to apply for the license using self service licencing center.
