Yes, you get 30 days. The option appears when you first start the software.

Hi,
Correct, Quartus allows to use Intel Quartus tool & Intel IPs for 30 days Evaluation period with time limited programming files but after expiring this evaluation limited period, you can not use those files for programming/configuring the devices. Refer the below links,
