How can I download Quartus II V10.0 and other older versions of the development environment?

I have a legacy system that I am responsible for maintaining and I need a copy of Quartus II V10.0 to attempt to regenerate a programming file. How can I download older versions of Quartus II? All of the old Altera links are dead.
