How to purchase a license of Quartus Prime

How do I purchase it?

It was very unfortunate that I did not get the answer from AVNET.

I got just an automated notification message on 16th September. Automated notification is below.

"Thank you for your message. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible"'

However I don't receive their answer yet.
Now my problem do not solve yet.

Hello Wani,

 

We sent an E-mail to the Arrow, mouser and Digi-key for one month ago but I could received from the only arrow.

And they answered that they did not have Quartus license

Unfortunately, we are disappointed and give up to use Quartus license.
