Is the license file that you want to rehost a purchased license or evaluation license?
If it is evaluation license, then you just need to generate a new evaluation license from the SSLC.
If it is a purchased license, check the Available Rehosts number # for the license rehost.
If the rehost number is 0, then you can not rehost the license.
If that the case, could you provide the screenshot of the license file you plan to rehost (LR-XXXXXXX) and the Available Rehosts number #?
I will send you a private email for further details.
Please checkout this user guide on how to rehost the license if the Available Rehosts number # is Not Zero.

Richard Tan

After further debug, the root cause is due to changing the NIC ID in the Computer Profile in the All Computers. This will rehost all the license file tied to that NIC ID. Since the rehost cant be made (stated in the warning message), that mean at least one license tied to that NIC ID does not have available rehost #.
User will need to check All Licenses, to check if there is any license file with a 0 rehost number #, being tied to that specific NIC ID.
If user plan to rehost one license only, it is recommend to rehost that particular license file directly, instead of changing the computer profile (which rehost all license bundle under the same NIC ID).
Additionally, you may Create a New Computer (with a new name) for your new NIC ID.
