Intel® Premier Support Program access is pending for approval.

It has been a week since applying to Intel Premier FPGA Support Access but no reply to my request as of yet. The initial message mentioned a 48h waiting time.

I was told to post here and get advice from the community experts.

If anybody can help it would be much appreciated.

Updates on the access request mention, from the system the access request has been granted accodringly.

Please do check for any email updates on related to that, or there are possiblity that email might be blocked or marked as spam.

Note: attached are the guidance to request/login for the Intel Premier Support for FPGA.

Please login to ‘https://supporttickets.intel.com’, view details of the desire request, and post a feed/response within the next 15 days to allow me to continue to support you.
