License issue on Linux WS

I've restored a linux workstation after an hardware failure, and i'm now reinstalling the quartus environment that was already present on that machine with a node locked license.

Since the maintanaince date in the license file is 2019.03, I have downloaded and installed the 2019.1 version of the tool, with the same license file.

Unfortunately, the license seems to not work. Indeed, goinf to the 'License setup' tab, the HostID type and value show both 'Not found'.

Any hints? 

It's a matter of version  (on the previous Linux installation, a RHEL 7.1, I was using 2018.1), or an environment issue? Can you help?
