Need MAX+PLUS II BASELINE license

Please help; We have a >20 year old product that uses a FLEX 6000, and I need an updated MAX+PLUS II license to make a change (my previous license expired in 2020).  My information is as follows:

Admin Name: (N/A)

Welcome to Intel forum. You could request MAX+PLUS II license at Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center. Login to Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center and request the Quartus evaluation free license here https://licensing.intel.com/         

1) Go to Sign up for Evaluation or Free licenses

2) Select Intel® FPGA MAXPLUS2WEB

3) # of Seats is always 1

4) Check the T&C box

5) Add the required options

6) Click Get License button

The license will be sent to email that you register with
