Hi,

I'm trying to setup my Nallatech P385A board, using Ubuntu 18.04 and Intel FPGA SDK for OpenCL 19.1-pro. Not sure why systems blames for unavailability of JTAG hardware. Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi,

According to http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/requirements/19.1/, the Ubuntu 18.04 is not officially supported in OpenCL SDK 19.1 Pro. For OpenCL SDK 19.1 Pro is supported in Ubuntu 16.04.

For the problem "No JTAG hardware available", can you try the workaround as below:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/embedded/2018/why-do-i-get-the-error-no-jtag-hardware-available-when-running-j.html

Thanks
