Perché non riesco a scaricare quartus prime lite edition?

Salve, sono uno studente del politecnico di Torino. Ho creato un account intel e ho cercato di scaricare Quartus Prime Lite Edition ma il download non si avvia, ne l'ultima versione ne le precedenti. La mia connessione è stabile, ho provato a disabilitare l'antivirus e creare un altro account con la mail dell'università ma niente, schiaccio il bottone blu con la freccia bianca ma non accade nulla.

Is there any error message appear right after you clicking the download button like "504 Gateway Time-out" or nothing happen? This is just workaround for you, try to use Internet Explorer browser or disable proxy firewall or restart you modem to download it and let me know if it works.

I used Microsoft Edge and everything is way smoother, the site loads way faster and the download worked and is now ongoing. Thank you very much!
