This parts is not purchased throught Intel directly but throught customer aprrove Distributor. End custmer is Juniper Network

Failure : VDD 2.5 V node found to be having low ohm respected to Gnd.
Expected 5K but measured lower ohm.

Warranty claim or RMA should go through ERMA if the failure is suspected due to Intel FPGA product. I will suggest you to work with your distributor for ERMA return process. However, you may let us know if you have any concern.
