Hi Sir

Welcome to INTEL forum. We apologies for the confusing and delay happen. For you information, you filed the forum case with wrong category and your case didn’t reach our team for support. That’s why this ticket has been delay and not able to route to the right Intel support team. Moving forward for FPGA licensing related enquiry you can refer link below

Answer to you question

1) The daemons can be downloaded from the following link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/licensing/daemons.html

2) Sign into the FPGA Academic Program website and request a license renewal from there.

But if you still have any question regarding University Program, drop an Email to psg.university@intel.com

Our university team will help and answer your question.

Many thanks for the link to the daemons download.

Can you please add this link to the license manager tool? There are many steps to get Academic license keys renewed and not clear where to go and request a renewal code.  Please add 3-5 step information for system administrators.

Greatly appreciate your help.
