Quartus SW vulnerability and Quartus upgrade

Given the severity of the following Quartus SW vulnerabilities , are users eligible for free upgrades to the latest version with the fixes?  I am currently using Quartus

How much does an upgrade cost to fix the security issue to Intel's Quartus Pro Prime software?

I would hope it would come with a steep discount considering Intel published the defective software.
